Short description
This bungalow park offers you at a very little price a very simple accommodation nestled amid the hills of Malmedy, the park offers panoramic views over the surrounding countryside; an ideal spot for relaxation, offering freedom, space and clean air.From June to September you can use the hotel's outdoor swimming pool. If you prefer some quiet relaxation, perhaps you would enjoy a game of jeu the boule, or beach-volleyball.
In the evenings you can return to the hotel and relax with a drink in the bar, situated next to the restaurant, it enjoys picturesque views over rolling hills of Malmedy.

The park offers Studio's for 2 persons, Apartments for 4 - 6 people (with 2 - 3 bedrooms) and bungalows for 6 people (with 3 bedrooms).\Prices are based on accommodation and not per person.
Food and beverages
The hotel restaurant, Samy Garden, is open all year round to serve you freshly made cuisine. It is located on the highest part of the park, so you can enjoy a panoramic view over the beautiful hills of Malmedy.In the restaurant there is also a comfortable and welcoming bar for you to relax in, before or after your meal. You can exchange experiences with other guests or relax with a nice drink, enjoying the view.
Each day the chef takes on the exciting challenge of creating a multitude of delicious meals. You can choose between well-known dishes, regional specialties, seasonal meals or be surprised by his international cooking skills.
For small children, the hotel offers the Large Small Menu Card, which contains every child's favourites. The staff are aware that it's not easy for children to sit still, quietly, for a long period of time, so during meals they can enjoy themselves with paper games, and before or after they can watch a movie or play a game in the playing area.
The bar and restaurant opening times depend on the season. There is always a service to order bread for breakfast which can be picked up from 09.00 at the reception.
Area information
The area offers skiing opportunities during the winter months and numerous hiking and trekking routes for active holidays.The bungalow park is located closed to the waterfalls of Coo (19km), Ovifat (Hoge Venen) 8 km, many musea like the carnaval museum or the paper museum.
The F1 circuit of Francorchamps is only 25 km far from us, as well as Monschau.
Tourists information
From Maastricht/ Luik (Liège):- Take the E40 in the direction of Aachen and E42.
- Exit at Verviers.
- Then follow directions for Spa/Francorchamps/Malmedy.
- Take exit 11 to Malmedy.
- Follow signs for Robertville.
- The park is located between Malmedy and Robertville, up the hill you will find the village of Chôdes, then follow the yellow signs.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation Policy: Please note, if cancelled, a fixed amount of EUR 25.00 will be charged.If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 90 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 3.00 per night and person for cots.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 3.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
