Short description

Beautiful modern apartments and studio's with sea view at the coast of Ostend along the Albert I promenade. Each one with cosy and comfortable living rooms, modern kitchens and bathrooms.
The apartments offer 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms and the penthouse even offers a 60m2 terrace with a breathtaking view.

Everything is included in the rate, except cleaning of the apartment.

Hotel information

During the months of July and August we always let from Saturday till Saturday, minimum per week.

Express Check-out : if an apartment is not let, you have the possibility to stay the last whole day only for an extra 25€.

Room information

Garbage bag from the city of Ostend : 1,40 € a piece

Personal consumption of water, current and heating – is measured with meters.

Cleaning at departure : all our flats and apartments are always cleaned before arrival. At departure you can choose to clean yourselves or to let it be cleaned (price depends on apartment).

Dependant on how large your apartment is and also on the duration of your stay, we as a warranty, paid back upon departure, after deduction of your consumption.

After your departure, the apartment is checked and cleaned thoroughly to entirely please the next tenant.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: Please note, if cancelled or modified, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
Baby cots are not available.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.

Deposit Policy: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person older than 12 years per night is not included.

Internet: No internet access available.

Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services.

Parking: Free Public parking is possible on site.

Pets: Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.
