Completely renovated and redecorated by architect Jacques Grange in 2007, the Scribe typifies the new Parisian hotel chic.The Scribe is designed for enjoyable living, with fireplaces at each end of the lobby to help create a calm, friendly atmosphere. One side of the lobby offers the warmth, intimacy and refinement of library, with deep velvet sofas.
The other side, under a glass roof, welcomes guests in the new restaurant Le Café Lumière and Le Bar du Scribe.
Located on the first floor, Le Spa Hotel Scribe allows you to replenish your mind, body and spirit through exercise, beauty treatment and water therapy.
Our guests benefit from free access to the fitness centre, jacuzzi and hammam.

Le Bar du Scribe is a cosy and relaxing bar, open from 08:00 until 01:00, where you can enjoy your breakfast and a variety of snacks. Breakfast costs EUR 28 per person per day (2007).Le Café Lumière is a gourmet chef’s café, serving contemporary cuisine from the chef Franck Charpentier, under a glass roof opening onto a courtyard that creates a winter-garden effect. The name of the restaurant serves as a reminder of the birth of cinema, and pays homage to its inventor, the Lumière brothers. Open every day from 12:00 until 14:30 and from 19:00 to 22:00.
The award-winning gastronomic restaurant, Les Muses, serves seasonal French cooking, in the tradition of Auguste Escoffier, but with a modern twist. Cuisine is cooked by the chef Franck Charpentier. The restaurant is open from 12:00 until 14:00 and from 19:00 until 22:00. The restaurant is closed for lunch and dinner on Saturdays and Sundays.

Metro lines 3, 8 and 12, stop at Opéra. RER A stops at Auber.
By RER:
From Roissy Charles de Gaulle, take the RER B to Chatelet and then RER A to Auber.
From Orly, take the OrlyVal and then RER B to Chatelet, and finally take the RER A to Auber.
