Our free shuttle runs every 20 minutes from CDG airport to the following
terminals:
- 2A, 2B, 2C and 2D gate 5.
- 2E and 2F, gallery 4 arrival lounge.
- TGV station and RER CDG 2.

Our free shuttle runs every 30 minutes from CDG airport Terminal 1.

There is no stop for the Terminal 3 and the RER CDG 1 station.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 31.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is included.

Internet: Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms only and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 18.00 per person.

Parking: Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 11.00 per day.

Pets: Pets are allowed. No extra charges.
