Villa Margret is a charming self catering holiday home which can accommodate up to 8 persons. The cottage is situated about 5 minutes from the centre of the village Butgenbach and the lake. From here, you easily discover the Eifel and hohe Venn (hoge Venen).

The house itself is about 100 years old and has been extensively restored last year in a manner that tastefully combines modern comforts with old charme.

Villa Margret is an ideal base for your holidays in East Belgium, all amenities of the village, pubs, shops, restaurants etc. are within easy walking distance.

Please note: the prices shown are for the whole house (4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room) and not only for one room.

- Bathroom with bath and shower and separate toilet
- 2 bedrooms with queen-size bed and 1 bedroom with 2 separate beds and 1 bedroom with bunk bed.

Near Butgenbach you will find Malmedy, Robertville, Monschau, Sankt Vith and Eupen.

Butgenbach is also well situated to visit Eifel, the Ardennes and Hautes Fagnes.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
Extra beds are not available.
There is no capacity for cots in the room.
